
NBCC, HUDCO Sign ₹117 Crore MoU to Redevelop Projects in Panchkula, Kaushambi, Ahmedabad and Delhi
NBCC (India) Ltd and Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) have entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to deliver transformative infrastructure and redevelopment projects worth ₹117 crore. This collaboration will focus on high-value development across Panchkula, Kaushambi, Ahmedabad, and New Delhi, bringing modern amenities and upgraded facilities to these prime locations.
As part of the agreement, NBCC will take charge of developing a modern commercial complex at Kaushambi in Ghaziabad, which is expected to enhance the region’s commercial real estate value. In addition, the plan includes the redevelopment of HUDCO’s land parcel in Panchkula, which will significantly improve urban infrastructure and unlock new opportunities for businesses and residents.
